Data we handle
Account and profile data submitted by members of partner brands. Payment data, processed by secure third-party providers (we do not store full card details). Usage and engagement data needed to operate, secure and improve the platform. Partner dashboard data, including revenue, cohorts and operator account details.
How we use data
To operate the platform, moderate content, process payments, prevent fraud, provide member and partner support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell user data, and we do not share data with advertisers.
Your rights
Members may request data export and deletion under GDPR and equivalent regimes. Partners retain ownership of their brand, audience and business assets and can withdraw at any time, subject to the terms of service.
Security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, restricted access controls and continuous monitoring.
