Agreement
The Dating Partners platform is operated by High Intent Media Inc. By applying to become a partner or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
The partnership
You retain ownership of your brand, domain, positioning, marketing and audience. We provide the technology platform, payment processing, moderation, member support, compliance and ongoing development.
Revenue share
Your revenue share is set at the moment a subscriber registers and applied at the database level. It is not changed retroactively. Revenue is calculated and paid every two weeks (biweekly), subject to a $100 minimum payout threshold.
Acceptable use
Mainstream dating only. No adult or casual brands. No incentivised, misleading or fraudulent traffic. Partners must adhere to network safety and moderation standards, which are mandatory and non-negotiable.
Leaving the platform
No punitive exit fees. You retain your brand, domain and audience. We will work with you on a structured wind-down where appropriate.
